We offer a straightforward 15-day return policy from the date of delivery for most products in our range, including bath accessories, cosmetics, and bodycare items. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we aim to make the process as simple as possible while maintaining the high standards you expect from a specialist health and beauty retailer.

Please note: For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following product categories:
  • Feminine Care products
  • Dental Care items
  • Face Wipes
  • Beauty Face Masks (once opened)
  • Any opened personal care products
These exceptions help us ensure the safety and wellbeing of all our customers.

Return & Exchange Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return/Exchange

Step 2: Receive Return Instructions

Within 2 business days, our team will email you with:

  • Return authorization and reference number
  • Shipping instructions (including return address)
  • Any special packaging requirements

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Please pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. We recommend using a tracked shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit. Include the return authorization number clearly on the package.

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product).

Important: For international returns (outside UK), please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges. We cannot refund any original shipping costs or customs duties paid on the initial order.
